The Bucking Horse Sale Top Ten Moments

In May of 2002, 11 brave soles packed into a suburban in Helena, MT, and drove east to Miles City for the World Famous Miles City Bucking Horse Sale. What set out as a group of friends going to party, turned into an annual tradition.


It is hard to believe we are on year six. The numbers have grown each year, and each year a "rookie" joins the party. The party starts Friday evening at my mother's house and continues through Sunday. We hit every bar on Main Street in which stories and memories take place.

Around this time of year I get to thinking of all the crazy, funny things that occur in Miles City. I decided to make a Top Ten Moments list. There are many more stories that could be added, but these are the ones that seem to stand out in my head.
